Service scope
LanderGrow provides online AI website and landing page creation, editing, publishing, hosting and related support within the selected plan. By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms. If acting for a business, you must have authority to do so.
Accounts and your content
Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and customer data. You retain your rights in your content and permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver the service. Review AI-generated content for accuracy, ownership and suitability before publishing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, phishing, malware, infringement, unauthorised personal-data collection or activity that compromises security. You are responsible for your published pages, required notices and permissions, and compliance with applicable advertising and privacy rules. We may restrict content or access when needed to address abuse, non-payment or legal requirements.
Plans, payment and renewal
The plan and checkout specify prices, included allowances, billing intervals and any trial. Eligible trials last 7 days and automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the first charge. Monthly or annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. Website and domain allowances are concurrent limits; visits and AI credits are monthly allowances. Changes of plan and their effective date must be confirmed with our team.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel future renewal through the subscription management portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period; hosting depends on an active subscription. Send billing disputes and refund requests to jalon@fornext.ai with the transaction reference. Refunds are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and results
Service availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party services and events outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, advertising outcome, sales result or the accuracy of AI output. Responsibility for service issues is subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated through the service or available account contact details as appropriate. Contact ForNextAI Limited at jalon@fornext.ai with questions or complaints.
