Subscriptions are paid online through Stripe’s hosted checkout.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards through Stripe. Other methods, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, may appear depending on your device, location and checkout eligibility. The available methods are shown before you confirm payment.
Prices and billing
Plans are listed in US dollars with monthly or annual billing. Annual subscriptions are charged for the full year. Any taxes or currency conversion shown at checkout form part of the final amount you review before subscribing.
Free trial and renewal
Eligible plans include a 7-day free trial and require a payment card. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the selected plan price and billing interval. Review the exact amount and first billing date at checkout.
Cancellation and billing support
Use the subscription management portal below to cancel future renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For a billing error or refund request, email jalon@fornext.ai with your receipt reference. Requests are reviewed against the transaction, service supplied and applicable rights; cancellation itself does not automatically refund previous charges.
Payment security
Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout. Do not email card details to us. For an alternative payment arrangement, contact our team first; only use payment instructions confirmed directly by our team.
